Otherwise known as the TV Movie made in 1996 marking the Eighth Doctor's only televised appearance to date. Unless of course you count "The Next Doctor" where he was shown in a bit of film on an infostamp. But I don't, so there. lol. =P

I entered my drawing of John into the Congressional Art competition for our district. We didn't win but like I want him to be stuck in some tunnel under the Capitol building for a year. lol.
